Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailbox accounts and email newsletters. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one mailbox account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mails based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else.
